The motorcycle apparel market was saturated with bulky, outdated designs that prioritised safety at the cost of style.
Our approach began with developing a bold and minimalist brand identity, inspired by industrial print design and anchored by the messages “Life Without Limits” and “Stray Further.” This identity was carried across every touchpoint, from logos and typography to garment labels and packaging, creating a cohesive and defiant presence in the market. To support growth, we built two Shopify stores: a consumer-facing platform and a dedicated wholesale portal for retailers. Both stores were designed for impact and scalability, integrating third-party platforms for stock management, logistics, analytics, and customer engagement. This digital ecosystem automated operations, reducing manual workload and enabling Silk Road to scale efficiently from launch.
